You will be able to visit the nicest wineries, tasting the wines of Montepulciano, Chianti and of the areas of Orvieto, Bevagna and Montefalco. Not far from the Castle are also the famous "Museo del Vino" (Wine Museum) and the "Museo dell'Olio d'Oliva" (Olive-Oil Museum) of Torgiano, set up by the Fondazione Giorgio Lungarotti.
Borgo Monticelli is surrounded by the vinyards of "La strada del Cantico", with very good vineries in Pila (Goretti), Spina (La Spina) and Mercatello (Castello di Monte Vibiano).
