All the aprtments have orignial "cotto"-tiled floors and ceilings with wooden beams. In some of them the antique internal walls have been restored and kept in sight. Some apartments have floor-level heating, a fireplace and a small private garden. They have preserved the original characteristics of a medieval castle. They are also furnished with good taste and have a splendid view of the underlying valley and of Perugia, the capital of Umbria. Borgo Monticelli offers hospitality in 7 apartments.
The other apartments can be rented for a month or more for those who like a special place for periods longer than a month.
We have apartments of very different sizes, from the small ones with one bedroom, one living and bathroom to the very large ones with three bedrooms.
